23/10 Years 1 - 6 Reading Morning
Homework in Year 1
You will receive a weekly email containing your child’s homework for the week. This will include both maths homework through IXL and reading homework through RWI phonics links.
Children will receive new books every Friday. They will bring home two phonics books matched to their reading level, as well as a free-choice library book. A handwriting sheet will also be sent home.
We ask that children read for around 10 minutes each day to support their reading development and help them build a love of reading.
