This week in year 1, we started our new text 'Traction Man' by MinI Grey. Children were given the opportunity to make predictions, explore the text and complete a retell of the story.
In maths we were learning to identify and sort shapes. We went on a 3D shape hunt around our homes and sorted 2D shapes into groups. In science we learned about ocean habitats and in Topic we researched information about toys from the Victorian times. Have a look at how we got on!
