horeditch Park Primary School uses Arbor to share important messages, updates and information with parents and carers. You can access Arbor through the Arbor Parent App on your phone or the Parent Portal in a web browser.
As Arbor becomes our main electronic communication platform, please activate your account when you receive your welcome email.
Our Arbor rollout
We are introducing Arbor in stages:

Nursery and Reception: already using Arbor.

Year 1: launching on 9 November 2026. Please activate your account before this date.

Other year groups: we will contact families directly when it is time to join.

Breakfast Club, After School Club and Enrichment Club payments: launching in January 2027.
What will we use Arbor for?
Through Arbor, we will share:

Learning updates: weekly information about your child’s learning and provision.

First aid notifications: information about any first aid your child receives at school.

Activities and visits: Forest School updates, school trip information and other activities.

Parents’ Evening: information and appointment booking from December 2026.

Club payments: Breakfast Club, After School Club and Enrichment Club payments from January 2027.
We will let you know when additional features become available.
Getting started
1. Activate your account
Look for your Arbor welcome email and follow the link to set your password and complete the account setup in your web browser. Please check your junk or spam folder if you cannot find it.
Use the email address you have registered with the school.
2. Download the app
Once you have activated your account, search for Arbor Parent App in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Log in using your registered email address and the password you created.
You can also continue using Arbor through the Parent Portal in a web browser.
3. Keep up to date
Please check Arbor regularly for school messages and updates about your child or ensure your notifications are enabled.
Need help?
I haven’t received a welcome email
Please check your junk or spam folder first. If you still cannot find the email, contact the school office so we can check your details and help you access your account.
I’ve forgotten my password
Select ‘Forgotten Password?’ on the Arbor login screen and enter the email address registered with the school. Follow the instructions in the password reset email.
My email address has changed
Please contact the school office so we can update our records.

For the Year 1 launch, drop-in support is available each school day from Monday 2 to Friday 6 November 2026, at 9.10am, 3.00pm or 5.20pm.
