Year 6 have really enjoyed working with Into University for the past week. They've had a chance to take part in an exciting range of activities; they've completed science experiments, acted like journalists and interviewed some famous figures in STEM and they've had the chance to visit Tower Bridge and learn about the interesting engineering feats used to build and run it. At Tower Bridge, Year 6 students acted like engineers and worked in small teams to design and build their own bridges. They were also given a guided tour, which included the large Victorian engine that's used to operate the bridge. At the end of the week, Year 6 got the chance to visit London Metropolitan University and take part in their own graduation!
