In Science today, Year 6 made bird feeders as a way to see how many birds we have and, if they are popular enough, what the most frequent bird to feed in our school is. We used Suet, seeds and oats to create a bird food mix, then used plastic cups and string to hold up bird feed. We are going to observe our feeders daily (which we marked where full) to see if we have any hungry birds aiming for a free meal! Watch this space!
