Year 3 - Geography: Compass Points and Grid References
Children were learning about compass point and four figure grid references. They learnt to identify cities, landscapes and points of interest on a map by reading the eastings and northings. They progressed to drawing their very own map of Egypt with points of interest! Excellent map reading skills!
