This week Year 2 have been learning how to tell the time! We have been learning how to do this in 5 minute intervals. We know we can count around the clock in 5s to help us. We have also been solving time problems; like how many hours later or earlier, and how long it took people to get places.
Parents please ask your child to tell the time whenever you see a clock! Ask them questions like, what time will it be in 1 hour? What time was it 1 hour ago? How long did it take me to cook this meal?
