This week Year 2 went to Hampstead Heath on a fantastic trip! It was a very hot day so we had to wear our sun hats and drinks lots of water! We got the 271 bus all the way there. When we arrived we had a picnic and then spent the rest of the day completing tasks linked to our topics of habitats and plants. We had to find mini-beasts that lived in micro-habitats, look for plants which grew there and list the physical geography we could see. We had a lovely time and learnt lots about the habitats in Hampstead Heath.
