On Monday the 20th Seuss class went on a trip to the Suleymaniye Mosque. We have been learning about religions and holy places during RS on Mondays and Seuss class enjoyed exploring a place of worship. Mr Savas, an admin lead at the Mosque, showed us around the Mosque and answered all of our questions. Some of our favorite parts of the trip were the hospitality from everyone, the hand-painted walls and ceilings, and the typical desks that children use during religious education at mosques.
